CaCO₃ Filler Masterbatch is a mixture of CaCO₃ powder, carrier resin (PE.PP.PS, etc), and additives. The CaCO₃ powder is exploited and selected carefully in the Northern Vietnam with a high purity more than 98% and whiteness higher than 96%. CaCO3 powder is surface-treated with additives and processed using advanced technology.
CaCO3 Filler is suitable for film extrusion, film casting, blow molding, extruder pipe, threading yarn, injection molding, thermal forming, etc.
This product has good dispersion, high toughness, improve elongation, more whiteness and reduce cost of the end product.
